Tickets for the Charleston Battery’s second-round U.S. Open Cup match are now on sale. The Battery will host the winner of Myrtle Beach Mutiny vs. South Georgia Tormenta who are set to be play on Wednesday, May 9 at North Myrtle Beach Sports Park.

Individual advance tickets are $7.00, youth tickets are $5.00, and admission is free for kids four and under. Special rates for groups of 15 or more are available. All Charleston Battery season ticket holders will receive complimentary tickets to the second-round match.
The Battery has a deep history in the U.S. Open Cup, including a run to the 2008 Final, making them one of only two lower-division teams to reach the Final in the MLS-era. Charleston advanced to the MLS round of the tournament in 2017, falling to Atlanta United, 3-2, at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia last June.
Home-field advantage in the tournament is determined by coin flip after each round. Potential third-round match-ups will be revealed following the opening round.
