
The USL Championship announced Tuesday that Charleston Battery midfielder Aaron Molloy was named to the league’s Week 21 Team of the Week.
Molloy had impactful performances across the Battery’s two away matches in Week 21.
The Irish midfielder provided two assists during the matchweek, one in each game. In total, Molloy recorded 10 interceptions, six chances created, seven duels won, five clearances, three tackles won and an 85% passing accuracy. He is the league’s leader in chances created, with 65.
Molloy’s nod to the Team of the Week brings the Battery’s 2024 selections total to 21.
