The Charleston Battery announced Friday that the club will celebrate May the Fourth Be With You Night with an intergalactic-themed drone show performed by Sky Elements Drone Shows for the match against Hartford Athletic on Sat., May 4.
The Battery invite fans to stick around after the match to watch drones illuminate the night sky with dazzling formations inspired by a galaxy far, far away. Witness an extraordinary display of choreographed drones that blend cutting-edge technology with the spirit of adventure.
As part of the May The Fourth Be With You festivities, fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite intergalactic characters. However, no weaponry or headgear will be permitted inside the stadium – questions about what is acceptable can be directed to the box office at 843-971-4625.
In an additional scheduling update, the Battery’s home match against Indy Eleven has been moved to August 2 and will kick off at 7:30 PM ET that Friday night. The contest was previously set for August 3.
The theme of the August 2 game is 93 Night, a celebration of the club’s rich history and legacy, dating back to the inaugural 1993 season.
Tickets for both matches are available now via SeatGeek.com, the Battery’s exclusive digital ticketing provider.
