The 17-year-old midfielder was a two-time All-State and All-Region selection by the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA), and won the 2024 state championship with Pinewood Prep. For Surf, Gwozdo was an ECNL U-17 All-American selection, a two-time Southeast All-Conference honoree and 2024 ECNL U-15 national champion.
