We are excited to announce that a limited number of individual tickets were made available for purchase for the Charleston Battery match vs. The Miami FC on Sunday, September 20. These tickets are now sold out.
The total number of attendees will be approximately, which is under 15% of total stadium capacity.
Please be advised that everyone who enters the stadium will be required to wear a mask at all times, have their temperature checked, and practice social distancing by keeping a 6-foot distance from all members outside their household.
Failure to comply with the requirements of the protocols in place will unfortunately result in the individual being removed from the venue and denied access in the future. The safety of our players, staff, and fans remains our top priority.
We will continue to provide updates on social media and on our website on the potential to have additional fans at our new home at Patriots Point in the future. Thank you for your ongoing support through this challenging 2020 year. We hope you and your families have remained healthy and safe.
If you are a current 2020 season ticket holder, your season tickets will be transferred in full to the 2021 season. No action is required for the season ticket transfer, and your seat location will automatically roll over to next season with no price increase.
All 2020 season ticket holders transferring their tickets to 2021 will receive their exclusive season ticket holders scarf (available for shipping or pickup starting July 8), and a $25 credit that can be used towards merchandise or 2020 individual tickets.
In addition to receiving your 2020 season ticket holder scarf and $25 merch/ticket credit, all 2020 season ticket holders transferring their season tickets to the 2021 season will receive special recognition and visible commemoration at the new stadium as Patriots Point Founders.
For any 2020 home matches played with fans in attendance, tickets will be sold individually as General Admission seating to properly accommodate safe social distancing. Season ticket holders will have priority access for purchasing General Admission tickets to 2020 matches as part of transferring their season tickets to the 2021 season.
The number of matches that will be played with fans in attendance is still being determined as we work with the league as well as local and state officials. We appreciate your patience!
Any tickets purchased for the original home opener or other 2020 season matches can be applied to a future 2020 match or, in the event matches are played behind closed doors, can be transferred to any match in the 2021 season. For any current ticket purchases applied to 2020 matches as a General Admission ticket, the difference in ticket price will be issued as a credit that can be applied to a 2020 or 2021 ticket.
If you need other accommodations, please contact us and we will work with you to find and appropriate solution – including providing a refund in lieu transferring season ticket purchases to 2021 or applying single game ticket purchases to a future match.
